Draining by lunchtime, shutting down at 20%, or "Service" in battery health. Back to a full day's charge, with battery health showing properly again.
Charging port
Loose cable, slow charging or not charging at all. Often a deep clean fixes it. If not, a new port.

Standard is a good-quality LCD replacement: everything works, colours are a little less vivid. Premium is a soft OLED screen, the closest match to the original for colour, brightness and battery life. We'll explain the difference honestly and you choose. Don't see your model? Message us for a quote in minutes. For special-order parts (Premium screens, Pro models, iPhone 15 and newer) we take a £20 card deposit, deducted from the price and fully refunded if we can't fix it.

Where do you do the repair?
Every repair is done at our workbench, with proper light, heat and programming tools, so the job is done carefully. We collect your iPhone and bring it back to you.
Will I lose my photos and data?
Screen, battery and charging port repairs don't touch your data, and we never look through your phone. We still recommend a backup before any repair, just to be safe.
How long does it take?
Most repairs come back the same evening or the next day. If we need to order a special part, we'll tell you the exact return time before we start.
Do you repair Samsung or other phones?
Not at the moment. We specialise in iPhones only, so every repair gets our full experience. If you have another phone, message us and we'll point you in the right direction.
What parts do you use?
Good-quality parts that we test before fitting. Some screens come in different quality levels. We'll explain the difference and the price, and you choose.
Will my iPhone show a message about the new part?
On iPhone 11 and newer, a replacement screen or battery that isn't from Apple can show an "Unknown part" notice in Settings. It's normal and doesn't affect how your phone works. We'll always tell you before we start.
Will my phone still be waterproof?
We fit a new adhesive seal with every screen and battery repair, but no repaired phone can be guaranteed waterproof again. We'll always tell you this upfront.
How do I pay?
After the repair, once you've tested your phone. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash.
